A Maltese company specializing in data, AI, and software solutions is seeking a Data & AI Sales Executive to support the growth of a specialized CRM solution for the window and door industry in Italy and other European markets. We are seeking someone fluent in Italian and English , confident in communicating with customers, and motivated to build strong, long-lasting business relationships.
This role isn't just about selling software. We're looking for someone who can understand the client's business, identify their needs, and demonstrate how CRM can support and improve their operations.
The selected person will be involved in:
• Develop new business opportunities in Italy and other European countries
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Hold live presentations and demonstrations of the software
• Understand customer needs and their business processes
• Manage business opportunities from first contact through negotiation and closing
• Represent CRM during client meetings, trade shows and industry events
• Work closely with our technical and project management teams
Experience with CRM, Data, or Artificial Intelligence is an advantage, but is not a requirement .
What matters most is having a commercial mindset, good communication skills, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.
A willingness to travel for work and the ability to work within a small, growing team are also required .
